What the heck?!

Well today has been a gorgous 70-80 deg weather day and boy have we taken advantage of it! First Sandy and I went for a run and we tried a taping technique for shin splints but didn't work and just didn't have the best of runs but not bad either. Bad thing is where is my run?! Freaking NIke + deleated it again! yes again! I don't know what happened to it but I have no history saved and so can't upload. Afterwards to a shower and then went to the barn. Great trail ride and boys got to have a bath. Tonight Mike and I also played a game of tennis which was fun but he's still out of shape and only lasted a little bit. Bad thing is now I'm sitting here paying for not putting sun screen on today :(

That Nike + pisses me off every day! What you need to do is a google search for the problem. I am betting someone else has had this problem and there might be a way to fix it. Rick and I went mountain biking. We both fell pretty bad, but no broken bones.

I must have a well behaved nike+ or I have problems to look forward to. I hope it is the first rather than the last. I'll keep reading your blog so I know what to expect.

Got this off the Apple site:

For PC users:
1) Dock your nano,
2) Open Windows Explorer,
3) Make sure you can view hidden files (Tools > Folder Options > View > Show hidden files and folders (radio button),
4) Find your nano on your Folder menu tree. It will be displayed as a removable storage device,
5) Find the folder, "iPod_Control." Within this folder are sub-folders. Follow this path until you can view the Synched folder: Device > Trainer > Workouts > Empeds > [your sensor, which will be alpha-numeric] > Synched,
6) Within the Synched folder, find the corresponding .xml files (date stamped) missing from your Nike+ account. Click and drag them back to the "Latest" folder,
7) Close and re- open iTunes,
8) The missing runs will be re-synced.
