Ok REALLY?! I have only lost 1 pound!!! I just don't get it and am very bumed and discouraged right now. Maybe I'm just bloated or gaining muscle wt but seriously?! I'm riding my horse about 3-5x/week depending on weather, Run/walk 3-4 times a week (started doing 4), Yoga ~ 5 days a week, and pilates 2/week and NO weight loss. seriously?! SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!

Better than me...I have been exercising like crazy, eating right and doing the Tai Chi and I have gained 3 pounds this month! Go figure... I might as welll ahev eaten a chocolate cookie sundae for dinner.

Welcome to my world and then I went on a cruise and gained a couple. Now it is cold and I can't get my self back into the program. But life goes on and I will do the right thing sooner or later. lol It is a hard job but someone has to do it!!!
